Refund and Return Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of any research products once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
We will review your claim and, if valid, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at orders@hardrocklabs.com if you need to cancel an order.
Chargebacks
Filing an unauthorized chargeback is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to fraudulent chargebacks.
